The Indiana Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association (ITOBA) will host its annual Fall Mixed Sale on October 16, 2021, starting at 1 pm EDT. The sale will be located in the receiving barn at Indiana Grand Racing & Casino in Shelbyville. Produced by Duane Swingley Auctioneers, LLC.
